2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email address and the content of your message), for the sole purpose of handling and replying to your enquiry or proposal. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.
Our audio tools run entirely in your browser: we do not upload or store your audio or your files. Some tools save preferences in your device’s local storage (not on our servers).
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the contact form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. When it is no longer necessary, it is deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Your data may be processed by our web hosting and email provider (data processors) solely to provide the service, with appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to our contact form, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
